Right Electronics has developed to a versatile and reliable Universal system of Guidance (RightGuide), by edge or printed line, multi output with or without linear actuator of CC.
RightGuide is constructed in a solid aluminum cabinet mechanized(no plástic), where in their interior are a Mother board and two sister in the front the push butons of options and the knob of "sensibility", at rear panel, three connectors and the 220/110 feeding .

RightGuide has three ways electronically to command the following drives of displacement:

1)Output by two Triacs complementary floating, to command loads of ca until 220v 1A, motor type slosyn or electro valves of ca. on/off mode ,with hysteresis and return to cero(wich diminishes the tremor).

2)Output by two transistors 24vcc 1A with protection against short by limits of current, commands electro valves way on/off with hysteresis and return to zero (that it diminishes the tremor).

3)Output PWM 12vcc to command servo motors of linear drive,

the control way is smooth and linear without jumps, with mechanical protection against blockade of the load by it limits of torque or current.

With these three exits the totality is covered with actuators that a user could already have installed in a preexisting system.
Right Electronics recommends the way 3)for which, provides to order like accessory, in a unit, the actuator of cc and the actuator to pinion and rack of proven effectiveness and duration, with a useful route of 300mm and a push of 500Kg.mounted by square.

RightGuide is provided with one with two possible variants of photoelectric scanning head according to the type of guidance:
A)As forms of "U"(Transmisión of infrared light) ideal for opaque edges or transparent.

If the material to guide were transparent or semitransparent, say that watching it to after light it is reached to see a line that will be printed in the face opposed of the same one, this line will be able to be used to guide. (This scanning head is particularly apt for the system of tilted rollers in parallelogram).

Its use this recommended for guidance en:laminators, printing, extrusor etc.

B)Retroreflectivo, ideal for any type of material, edge or printed line. He is sensible to absolutely all the colors with no need of adjustment for the operator (if you see,also the scanning head).
Its use is recommended for guidance in slitting winders etc.

Both scanning head have a micrometric mechanism of lateral displacement to fit the wished position of guidance and they mount on a bar of 20mm to wide of web( or a sector of the same one) are constructed in mechanized aluminum (nonplastic).

They have conector(db15M) to which the cable is attached (if breaks the cable does not make unusable the scanning head).

RightGuide se entrega con un censor magnético(como accesorio) en forma de varilla roscada y ocho imanes circulares de alta potencia ,para ser pegados en la cara circular de un cilindro loco de paso inmediato al cabezal.
